Secondary Legislation

Secondary legislation of the following types made since 1 January 1991 is held on SLD but is NOT revised:

• UK Statutory Instruments

• Scottish Statutory Instruments (1999 to date)

• Welsh Statutory Instruments

• Statutory Rules of Northern Ireland

• Church Instruments

Notes:

1. Welsh Statutory Instruments are at present carried only in English.

2. Only those items of secondary legislation that are printed or available on the HMSO website are held on SLD.

3. For the period 1991 to 2005, only those Statutory Rules of Northern Ireland that affect UK legislation are held.
